SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Handling is the time it takes to prepare the items BEFORE posting once the order has been received after checkout. Our handling time is 1-3 business days. Please note that business days does not include weekend or public holidays. 

Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number upon sending your item. Jolly Wally will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post. If you have any concerns regarding this please contact Australia Post on 1800 101 318

Returns 

 Due to the personal nature of the goods Jolly Wally offer, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind. We do our best to describe products as best we can, if you are unsure we suggest you contact us for clarification before purchase.

 

Refunds/Replacements 

We hope that you love your product. In the unlikely event that your new product is faulty, please email immediately at jollywallyearrings@gmail.com and I will arrange a full refund/replacement upon return of the faulty goods. This refund will include your shipping costs so please include the post receipt in your return.

 

 

Please be mindful that colour can vary from real life to screen. We do our absolute best to show a true representation of colours but the difference between screens is out of our control.
